About Kim

Kim Ratcliffe is a list 1 judge who has experience of judging & training at all levels from Young Horses & Preliminary test combinations up to Advanced riders.

She can help riders to improve their test riding as well as their way of going following the Scales of training in a clear and easy to follow way.

She has judged at Premier League, Regional & National competitions at all levels and also some overseas venues such as Norway.

Her current clients are competing at all levels from Riding club Novice to Affiliated Advanced Medium and she has worked with riders up to Intermediare II level. Several of her clients have been successful in reaching National finals since she took up full time training in 2001. She has recently returned to the competitive arena with a client's horse and has taken him from Novice to Medium in the last year

She has had extensive experience & training in working with sports psychology & Neuro Linguistic programming , a method of helping riders to develop using their preferred way of learning. She is a sympathetic trainer who enjoys building a rapport with every horse & rider to encourage them to produce their best.

She is also a competitor & rider who understand the issues that the amateur rider faces in balancing the pressures of everyday life with a desire to succeed in the ring. Please see Kim's Website for further details.
